Arnel Alibin has been a healthcare professional for over twenty years, with experience at Concordia Hospital, Grace Hospital, and Misericordia Health Centre. He is a member of the Canadian Society of Orthopaedic Technologists (CSOT) and the American Society of Orthopedic Professionals (ASOP). Mr. Alibin is a multi-certified paramedical tattoo artist specializing in scalp micropigmentation, 3D areola and nipple restoration, and scar camouflage tattooing. He is fully licensed and certified to perform paramedical tattooing procedures in Manitoba.
In addition to his professional work, Mr. Alibin and his wife are dedicated supporters of Winnipeg’s healthcare community. They actively collaborate with local hospital foundations through fundraising initiatives, charitable events, and community support programs.
