Email Consultation Requirements:
Please include the following information and send to info@molave.ca
- Name | Phone | Email
- Photos (minimum 4 pictures): Must clearly show pattern of hair loss
- Photos must be taken at close proximity. No more than 1 foot away from the head
- If necessary, please include photos of head from Front, Top, Back, and Sides
- Describe your hair loss including cause of hair loss
- Skin Tone and Hair Colour
- Health concerns
- Provide additional information, if necessary
- Molave will schedule an over the phone assessment
